AVL Looms

AVL Looms is a global manufacturer and marketer of looms, software and weaving accessories. We are widely known for our innovation in the handwoven equipment marketplace. Our customers include professionals, designers, fiber and fabric manufacturers, and hobby weavers.

AVL began as a provider of mechanical dobby and treadle looms over three decades ago. The invention of the Compu-Dobby, Warping Wheel, innovative warp management systems, and state-of-the-art design software catapulted AVL to the top choice for professional weavers. It could be argued that the looms provided by AVL made a new way of life possible for many weavers around the world.

Did you know, for example, that AVLs are found in over 80 countries?
